Long Shaft for High Speed Rotation

A dynamometer and a test motor are connected with just a single long shaft,
enabling high-speed rotation of 20,000 rpm or more and high torque to be transmitted directly.
It covers a wide range of specifications for EMC assessments of EV motors.

The system can be customized to specifications to meet our customer’s specific requests. We also offer modifications

The maximum specs when customizing are as follow; Dynamometer achieves 25,000 rpm for rotation (negotiable), torque for 800 N·m, 400 kW for capacity,
while Battery simulator goes up to 1,250 DC for voltage, 1,000 A for current, and 500 kW for capacity.

Implementation of Testing Service

EMC testing can actually be carried out in the demonstration anechoic chamber
at the Fujimatsu Laboratory of e-OHTAMA (Kariya City, Aichi Prefecture).
